I believe it makes more sense to follow scientifically proven principles rather than the latest quick-fix fitness or dieting fads which we are over-exposed to in the media. This is reflected in my training methods and means you can be sure that all the hard work you put into your training with me will help move you closer to achieving your goals.

I have a varied background in sport and fitness – a keen snowboarder and squash player (former London colleges squash champion), I previously practised Thai boxing for two years under world champion-training Kru Mark Wakeling at Scorpions Muay Thai Boxing Gym (UK). This experience led me to believe that there is no better activity for developing all-round fitness and self confidence which is why I like to incorporate various (non-contact) elements of Thai boxing into my training programs.

As an ex-smoker, I can also empathize with anyone who is struggling to make significant lifestyle changes and bring their fitness levels back up from an all time low. Building fitness back into my weekly routine played an essential role in me giving up, and eleven years on, I haven’t looked back. I now enjoy helping other people go through similarly challenging lifestyle changes on the way to achieving their own personal goals.
