Andy has been working with me now for just over 20 sessions, and 10 weeks later I am delighted with my progress and the help and support I have received from Andy towards achieving my goals.  When you are approaching 60 sixty years of age, personal fitness becomes even more important.

I had just left a job I hated where I had piled on the kgs on top of my yet-to-lose post-pregnacy weight, I was starting a new busy full time job, 2 hours of daily commuting, I had a 15 month old baby, a newly built house with lots of work left to do in it so I had only little time to devote to exercise and fitness. I had been trying to lose weight unsuccessfully on my own for over three months so I decided to contact Andy for guidance and support.

I’ve always been keen on fitness and working with Andy only increased this. During my 6 months of training with Andy I learnt so much. It was a huge challenge as Andy pushed me really hard but overall I loved it. Andy is extremely thorough, generous and genuine coach. He guided me through tailor-made exercise programs, gave me tips for stress management, nutritional guidance and he event sent inpirational reading to keep me motivated.

I joined Vanessa in her last workout with you last November in Paris for my first experience in personal training. I wanted to write and say thank you…because I have actually come back home…joined a gym this January and have signed up for 3 months personal training.  I could see why Vanessa was smitten with it and I have never ached like I did after that session with you…mostly because muscles in my body have never been touched before.  It was an eye-opening experience for me.  I made me realise I wanted to do more than just dance around like an idiot at aerobics type classes as well as being serious about doing well and properly.

I hope Paris continues to treat you well and maybe our paths will cross again if Vanessa decides to bring me back for more.

I am a fitness trainer and co-founder of Body Mechanix fitness cooperative, San Francisco, California. This spring I was fortunate enough to take a trip abroad to visit Paris, Brussels, Bruges and Amsterdam where I booked several personal training appointments with industry peers. These turned out to be the highlight of my trip.

At the top of my list was Andy Marlow from 360ºPT. We had a session at Jardin des Plantes where he ran me through a proper warm-up. Then the punishment began.

Thai boxing and strength training were on the menu. The program was well thought out and he skillfully kept me at the highest intensity possible while keeping it fun. Number one thing he paid attention to was good form and also auditory feedback which made it a vigorous yet safe workout.

Andy is a great person to train with, he’s very easy to get on with but still serious about your fitness. Even early in the morning he is always on good form and very motivational.

The training itself is a lot of fun and you definitely feel like you’ve had a good workout at the end. I did a good mix of strength training and boxing which split the sessions up and made it more interesting than just doing one type of exercise.

Andy gave me good nutritional advice and monitored my food diary which helped me reach my goals. I noticed a difference in my body shape and general fitness after just a few weeks of training. I would definitely recommend training with Andy.
